ISLAMABAD, Jul 29 (APP):Chairman of Prime Minister Youth Programme Rana Mashood Ahmad Khan has welcomed the maiden visit of Common
wealth Secretary-General Patricia Scot
land to the country.
He, in a news statement, lauded the role played by Patricia Scotland in the Common
wealth during the last eight years. “The services of the Secretary General for the youth development are instrumental,” he added.
The chairman PMYP said the visit of Patricia Scotland was a true reflection of strong ties between Pakistan and the Common
wealth.
As a member of the Common
wealth of Nations, Pakistan attached great importance to its institutions, he remarked.
